• Overview：

  Our company has established specific procedures for the packaging, shipping, loading and unloading, and storage of products, which are documented and implemented accordingly.

• Packaging：

  Our company controls the packaging, storage, and labeling processes of products to meet specified requirements, including the materials used. All equipment and materials are packed securely to withstand long-distance ocean and inland transportation, multiple handling, loading, and unloading. Depending on the characteristics and needs of the goods, measures such as moisture-proofing, rain-proofing, rust-proofing, and corrosion protection are taken to ensure the safe and intact arrival of the goods at the installation site. Components that are easily lost are packaged in cartons, and technical documents are properly packaged for delivery.

• Shipping Marking：

  Three days before the shipping date, the contract number, product name, quantity, number of boxes, total weight, total volume, and scheduled shipping date will be notified to the customer in fax form. At the same time, a detailed list of goods in five copies will be sent by registered mail, including the contract number, product name, specifications, quantity, total weight, total volume, dimensions of each box (length × width × height), total price, port of shipment, scheduled shipping date, special requirements, and precautions for transportation and storage to be known to the integrator and the owner. Before use or shipment, our company provides a secure and reliable storage space or warehouse to prevent damage to the products or deterioration of products awaiting use or shipment. Specify the appropriate methods for receiving and issuing goods in the warehouse. Regularly check the status of products stored in the warehouse to detect any deterioration. Our company will use indelible paint and clearly marked Chinese characters at appropriate locations on each packaging box or item to indicate the following.

  Each packaging box is equipped with a set of packing lists attached externally, sealed in waterproof packaging bags, and securely affixed to the outside of the packaging box. Inside each packaging box, the following documents are included: - Detailed packing list with item names, numbers, and quantity descriptions - Quality specifications - Technical documents related to the equipment (including system assembly diagrams) The format of the packing list and detailed packing list is provided by the owner to the system integrator after the contract takes effect. Our company bears responsibility for any loss, damage, or loss of goods, or accidents caused by inadequate packaging or improper labeling of the goods.

• Storage：

  Before use or shipment, our company provides a safe and reliable storage location or warehouse to prevent damage to products or prevent deterioration of products awaiting use or shipment. Within 24 hours of the completion of goods installation, our company will notify integrators and owners via fax with contract number, goods name, quantity, total weight, volume, invoice amount, name of transport vehicle, and departure date. If the weight of each packaging box exceeds 20 tons or the volume reaches or exceeds 12 meters in length, 2.7 meters in width, and 3 meters in height, our company will inform users of the weight and volume of each packaging box. After the final inspection or test, I am responsible for recording product quality. This is to identify, collect, classify, manage, aggregate, store, maintain, and process quality records.
